The measures in place to keep your data safe and sound

We've got all sorts of security measures in place to keep your personal info under lock and key. That includes things like physical safeguards (like secure storage), electronic protections (like encryption), and procedural safeguards (like staff training). We're doing everything we can to keep your data as safe, including:

•           Password access to accounts

•           Storing electronic data with reputable third party storage providers who have appropriate security protections

•           Limit access to personal information to individuals who need to know.

Where we store data

We use service providers from all over the globe.  So, that means your data might be zipping around the globe! But don't worry, we're onto it. If we have to send your personal data overseas, we'll make sure the service providers we use have the same level of protection in place to keep your privacy safe and sound.

So, how long do we hold onto your data for, you ask?

It depends - We'll hold onto your info for as long as we need it, and that'll change depending on how we're interacting with you. For example, if you used our services or bought something from us, we'll need to keep a record of that for tax purposes. But don't worry, we won't keep your data forever. As soon as we don't need it anymore, we'll give it the boot.

So, who do we share your data with?

Well, a few folks, actually!  We'll share your data with a few different groups, like other companies in our group (to help run the site), our suppliers and service providers (like payment processors), our legal advisors, and folks who help us fight fraud. Plus, if the coppers or government need it, we might have to hand it over (but don't worry, we'll keep your privacy top of mind!). Of course, we'll always ask for your consent before sharing your data, or only do so if we're legally allowed.

Payment Security

We take your payment security seriously.  Our site uses Stripe’s online payment platform, sometimes Square or GoCardless depending on your payment method and terms, which means they're the ones who store and process your data. They've got a bunch of fancy tech to keep it safe, like secure servers and firewalls.

If you pay directly through the site, Stripe or Square will also store your credit card data. But don't worry, they use industry-standard encryption (PCI-DSS) to make sure it's super secure. And once your purchase is complete, they'll delete the transaction info.

Oh, and by the way - all direct payment gateways (like the ones we use) meet the standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council. That's a group made up of big brands like Visa, Mastercard, and more. So you know you're in good hands!

We’re for adults only

Before you use our site, you gotta be at least the age of majority in your State or Territory. If you're not sure what that is, you should check with your folks or a legal guardian.

We don't want anyone under the age of majority using our site, so we don't knowingly collect data from anyone who doesn't meet that age requirement. That's just how we roll!

Cheers for caring about privacy!

Thanks for stickin' it out! We know that was a bit of a long yap, but we reckon it's important stuff.

We hope you found it easy to read and understand.

Please feel free to share your feedback with us.

Don’t forget to check back regularly, as we might update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, or for other reasons. The current version of the policy will always be available on our Site, and the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy will show you when it was last updated.
